How does the trial week work?
After a positive intake assessment, you will receive 1 week of access to your own Wapps environment in your name. You will see how it works on your real channels. After that, you decide whether to continue.
Why don't you work with self-service?
Wapps is a configured work environment, not a standalone tool. The value lies in the combination of channels, profiles, and response logic tailored to your situation. We set that up for you.
How quickly can I start after the intake?
We respond within 1 business day to your intake. If there is a match, the trial week follows. After purchase, you are live within 8 business hours.
What is a profile exactly?
A profile is a company, brand, or identity for which you communicate. One environment, multiple profiles - each with its own name, tone, and channel configuration. This keeps communication for client A separate from client B.
Which WhatsApp variant suits me?
We advise during the intake. WhatsApp.web (included with Professional+) works through our server instance and is ideal for regular use. Meta WhatsApp Business is cloud-based and interesting if you already have a Meta Business Account or expect large volumes.
What if I have more messages than in the bundle?
With intensive use, a fair overage applies: €19 per 1,000 extra messages above your bundle. You will see this reflected in your invoice - no surprises.
Can I upgrade to another plan?
Yes. With more profiles or users you can easily switch. We adjust the setup and proportionally calculate the subscription.
What if you are gone - will I lose everything?
No. Your data is stored in a separate database per environment. In case of cancellation or emergencies, we look for a proper transfer. We do not create vendor lock-in.
Is my data safe?
Each customer has a separate database. Communication is not shared or used for training. Careful handling of your communication is part of the foundation of the service.
Does this also work on my phone?
Yes. Wapps is a browser platform and web app - mobile use is explicitly part of the experience. Notifications work through your browser.
